Natasha Sejpal is a compassionate Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a background in Clinical Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
Natasha’s career is marked by her commitment to the well-being of individuals and families. She has successfully specialised in helping families, young adults, and children navigate complex emotional challenges. She is particularly experienced in working with autism spectrum disorder and assisting individuals in developing emotional regulation skills and building self awareness.
Natasha is a member of the Australian Counselling Association and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. Her active involvement in professional development reflects her dedication to maintaining the high standards of professional practice.
Natasha has worked with children with intellectual disabilities and other neurodivergent presentations in the past. She strongly believes in working collaboratively with families and other stake holders to ensure the most optimal and well-rounded help to each client.
Natasha’s approach to counselling is a blend of person-centred counselling, play therapy, and narrative therapy. She firmly believes that each person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Her open and flexible style allows her to tailor her approach to the specific needs of each individual. Her approach, characterized by empathy and adaptability, ensures that clients receive the tailored support they need to thrive.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Natasha enjoys expressing her creativity through artwork and pottery. She also values spending time outdoors in the sun, recognising the importance of self-care and balance in her own life.
